2025 New year’s Resolutions
Be more open and vulnerable with friends and family
Reach out to friends and family especially when I’m struggling and remember that I don’t have to carry the heaviness alone
Get back into journaling and writing more songs to express my emotions
Do more of the things that bring joy to my life (Making music, hanging out with friends, making memories etc…)
Be present in the moment and stop worrying about things that’s out of my control
Work on Self compassion and Self love
Focus more on what I’m thankful for and not what I don’t have
Open a non-profit for those that struggle with mental health
Challenge myself mentally and step out of my comfort zone
Take better care of my body and health
