2025 New year’s Resolutions

  • Be more open and vulnerable with friends and family

  • Reach out to friends and family especially when I’m struggling and remember that I don’t have to carry the heaviness alone

  • Get back into journaling and writing more songs to express my emotions 

  • Do more of the things that bring joy to my life (Making music, hanging out with friends, making memories etc…)

  • Be present in the moment and stop worrying about things that’s out of my control

  • Work on Self compassion and Self love

  • Focus more on what I’m thankful for and not what I don’t have 

  • Open a non-profit for those that struggle with mental health 

  • Challenge myself mentally and step out of my comfort zone

  • Take better care of my body and health
